International Airmail
This service adds a tracking facility to your order. This will enable you to see where the parcel is during delivery.
It depends on destination as to how much tracking information is available, but most postal services have accurate tracking of signed-for parcels. In order to track the parcel, you use your own country's postal service website.
Delivery times vary, but as a general guide, Europe 1-3 days; Far East, Japan, Australia - up to 4 days; rest of world - up to 5 days. These delivery times are a general guide and services can vary.

- Do I have to choose this Airmail Upgrade Service? - No, it is your choice. Standard carriage is included in the price. However, in our experience international parcels tend to get there faster if this service is used, and have less chance of going missing.
- Can I ask you to use an international carrier such as DHL or UPS? - Yes, we can arrange carriage using one of the big name carriers if your consignment is time-sensitive. Industrial customers and private individuals can use these services. The cost depends upon destination and size of parcel, you need to contact us for a quote. We normally use DHL Express, and a general guide price for 48 hour service, a parcel containing three lambda sensors, is �29GBP
- How do i make currency conversions? - Currently the website cannot do this for you. If you pay using Paypal, they will automatically convert currency for you. Otherwise you can do the conversion yourself from GBP. If you need a complete quotation in your native language then please contact us by email.
